①可以提前一晚煮鸡汤。先将鸡肉处理干净,斩切成块状,和清水一起放入锅中,大火煮至沸腾,撇去浮沫,倒去焯鸡块的水。

②锅中倒入干净的冷水,将鸡块冷水下锅,放入打好的葱结和姜片,大火煮开后撇去浮沫;香菇切片。

③转小火,慢炖1.5~2小时后,加入切好的香菇片和少许盐,小火继续炖煮约5分钟至香菇软熟,冷藏保存,第二天早上加热即可。

④做早餐时,将鸡汤倒入锅内,撇去多余油脂后盛入碗中,同时另取锅煮面条,待熟后放入盛鸡汤的碗内。
